Here at Bournemouth Sewing Machines we service and repair all makes of machines including overlockers and can arrange free collection and delivery of your machine within our local area.
When your machine is received at our workshop we will ask for any information about any specific problems. From here a full and extensive inspection is carried out within the next two days, and you will then be contacted with our estimated price and completion date.
What Your Service Includes
During a service we split the machine and strip it down to its bare mechanism, clean out and lubricate all essential linkages, gears and bearings etc. After this we make any required adjustments, reassemble, clean and sample stitch.
Service/Repair Turnaround
We endeavour to complete most service/repair work on average between 7 – 10 days. During busy periods this may regretfully be longer, but we will advise of any likely delays after first inspection. We will always do our best to meet any requests for express work where this is possible.
Guarantee
All our service work for domestic sewing machines is guaranteed for 12 months.
